1) Acceptance of Terms

By using the website, app, or obtaining a Mahadev Book ID, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any event-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

2) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to engage in online betting under the laws of your jurisdiction. We strictly prohibit underage use.

3) Registration & Mahadev Book ID

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Mahadev Book ID is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.

4) Verification (KYC/AML)

We may request identity, age, and address verification to comply with AML/CFT obligations, verify ownership of payment methods, and protect the platform. We may suspend access, withhold withdrawals, or close accounts if verification is incomplete or unsatisfactory.

5) Use of Services & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the services lawfully and responsibly. Prohibited conduct includes (without limitation):

• Creating multiple or fraudulent accounts; impersonation; using bots/scripts or automated tools.
• Match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage abuse, chip dumping, advantage play via exploits, or manipulating odds/markets.
• Interfering with the platform, attempting to bypass security, reverse engineering, or DDoS attacks.
• Using third-party or stolen payment methods; money laundering; chargeback fraud.

6) Betting Rules & Settlement

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only after it is recorded on our systems and reflected in your account.
• Official Results: Settlements are based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body or event organizer.
• Postponements/Abandonments: If an event is postponed, abandoned, or voided, settlement will follow the specific market rules published on the platform.
• Errors (“Palpable”): In case of obvious pricing/settlement errors or technical glitches, we may correct the odds, re-settle, or void affected bets.
• Cash-Out: Cash-out (if offered) is not guaranteed and may be suspended or unavailable at times.

7) Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts and available methods (e.g., UPI, wallet, bank transfer) are displayed on the platform and may change.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods held in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• We may apply temporary limits or additional checks for risk control and compliance.

8) Withdrawals

• Typical processing time is 15–30 minutes, but this can vary due to bank/gateway schedules, security checks, or high-volume periods.
• We may request additional verification before releasing funds.
• Withdrawals are made to payment instruments in the account holder’s name. We may refuse or reverse payments to protect users and comply with law.

9) Bonuses & Promotions

• Each offer has specific terms (eligibility, wagering requirements, expiry, market restrictions). If these Terms conflict with an offer’s specific rules, the offer rules prevail.
• Bonus abuse (e.g., multiple accounts, self-referrals) may result in bonus removal and/or account action.

10) Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

Play responsibly. You may request account limits, cooling-off, or self-exclusion via support. If betting negatively impacts your wellbeing, please seek help and consider exclusion tools immediately.

11) Fair Play, Fraud & Security

We monitor activity to detect fraud, collusion, suspicious betting patterns, or breaches. We may cancel bets, confiscate bonus funds, restrict features, suspend or close accounts, and disclose information as required by law.

12) Multiple & Dormant Accounts

Only one active account per person is allowed. Accounts may be classified as dormant after an inactivity period notified on the platform. Dormant-account handling (including any fees or closure) will follow the then-current policy.

13) Restricted Jurisdictions

Access is not permitted where online betting is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with local laws and for any consequences arising from unlawful access or use.

14) Third-Party Platforms

We may reference or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., partner brands or providers). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms. Review third-party terms before use.

15) Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, text, graphics, and other materials on the platform are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

16) App Terms

You may install and use the official Mahadev Book App on compatible devices. Do not modify, decompile, or distribute the app. Only use official download links provided by our support.

17) Privacy & Cookies

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in our Cookies section.

18) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, loss of data, device issues, or failures caused by networks, providers, or force majeure events.

19) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.

20) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest revision.

21) Governing Law & Disputes

Subject to applicable local laws, these Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved by competent courts as permitted by applicable law. You may contact support first to attempt an informal resolution.
